Strategy Associate (Contract)

Remote (Seattle-area preferred) | Full-time contract with potential to convert to a permanent role

This role is a good fit for an early-career professional (2–4 years of experience) who wants to build strong consulting skills on real client projects. You’ll work alongside senior consultants to research complex food systems and sustainability questions, turn findings into clear insights and client-ready deliverables, support workshops and stakeholder engagement, and help keep projects on track from start to finish. Expect real responsibility, along with coaching as you grow.

Marketing and Communications Manager (Contract)  

Remote (Seattle-area preferred) | Full-time contract with potential to convert to a permanent role

We’re looking for a strong writer and editor (4-5 years of experience) who is highly organized and enjoys turning ideas into communications people want to read and act on. You’ll split your time between client work, such as newsletters, internal campaigns, and events, and GIC’s own marketing: our website, blog, LinkedIn presence, brand, and sales materials. It’s a hands-on role that’s equally creative and operational. You’ll help shape the message, then manage the details to get it out the door.
